Winslow, daughter of John Winslow and Sally Baker, was born around 1805 in Mercer, Somerset County, Maine, and died on April 25, 1863, in Forestville, Delaware County, IA.

Sarah married Daniel Briggs on Sept. 18, 1847, in Serena, LaSalle County, IL.

Her death on July 7, 1900, resulted from falling down the outside stairs of her home in Forestville, Delaware County, IA.
